Announcing: a limited time only special rate for ProEthics customized live sexual harassment training!
Since the pandemic shut-down and the regrettable implosion of the #MeToo movement as a result of politicizing and hypocrisy, anti-sexual harassment workplace training has fallen to a dangerously low priority, with the result that workplace harassment, especially in professional settings, is on the rise. Moreover, remote sessions, computer training materials, and anything short of face to face, interactive staff and management sessions regarding this pernicious and persistent form of unethical conduct simply does not work sufficiently to address the problem.
In response, and to honor Women’s History Month while recognizing that the sexual harassment of males in the workplace is also on the rise, ProEthics is offering its two-hour anti-sexual harassment live and interactive training at a discounted $2500 fee (from its regular $3,500 price.) In addition, the two-hour staff and management sessions, four hours total, will also be available at a temporary discounted price of $3,000, a $5,000 value.
We are offering this in response to what is becoming a serious workplace problem, erasing what had been slow but steady progress toward eliminating this toxic behavior.

Technology competence, though still not specifically recognized in the rules of all jurisdictions—but increasingly being adopted–is an essential feature of ethical practice (and the avoidance of malpractice).
—ProEthics has a full range of legal ethics CLE Zoom presentations, with more being developed constantly. Although nothing is as effective, dynamic, and valuable as in person, live, face to face legal ethics seminars, if those are not advisable or difficult due to the current pandemic concerns, ProEthics is ready and able to offer remote learning options. ProEthics musical legal ethics programs are also available via Zoom.
—Our 3 hour D.C. Bar CLE seminar, “Clarence Darrow’s Ethics Lessons for Today’s More Ethical Lawyers,“ received an average approval rating of 4.9 (out of a maximum of 5) from attendees. This unique and popular seminar featured acclaimed D.C. actor Paul Morella presenting many of Darrow’s most famous and important courtroom oratory, as well as his examination of William Jennings Bryan in the Scopes trial.
